Spring cream soup of bear garlic


Boil the potatoes in a pot of water (800 ml) and salt. In the second pot over steam in a sieve, cook the cauliflower separated into roses and chopped parsley. Unlike cooking, we do not lose any valuable nutrients this way. If the potatoes are cooked and the vegetables are steamed, add the vegetables together with the washed bear garlic to the pot next to the potatoes. Pour oat milk into the water and let it boil for about a minute. Mix the whole soup with a stick mixer. If the consistency of the soup is thick, add milk. Add salt and seasoning the soup to taste, add 1 tsp of umtoct and serve together with the side dish, which completes the unique soup with a unique taste. As a side dish to the soup we can add fresh persimmon, crunchy croutons or quality pumpkin oil and pumpkin seeds.

Bear's garlic is an herb that has an incredible amount of beneficial effects on the body. It cleanses the blood, stomach and body, it is a natural antibiotic with healing effects stronger than garlic, cures skin diseases, cough or can easily be included in the diet in the spring, due to detoxifying effects. But be careful about consuming it - as they say "everything in moderation".
